USING THIS WEBSITE

You must be aged 18 or over to make a booking, buy a voucher or book or buy an event place through this website. Venue admission and the sale or supply of alcohol remain subject to applicable law, our licensing requirements and any venue rules in force at the time. We may refuse admission or service where we are legally entitled or required to do so.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but event details, opening hours, menus, availability and other information may change. Nothing on this website guarantees availability until a booking or purchase has been accepted and, where payment is required, successfully paid.

TABLE BOOKINGS

Table bookings require the deposit shown during the booking process. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully paid and you have received confirmation. You may cancel using the cancellation link in your booking email no later than 4 hours before the booking time. If you do not attend your booking, your deposit will be lost. The refund terms for a cancellation are set out in our Refund Policy.

COCKTAIL CLASSES

Cocktail classes require full payment at the time of booking. Bookings remain subject to staff confirmation. Customers may cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time for a full refund. Later cancellations before the start time may be requested for staff review, but are not automatically refundable. Cancellation requests at or after the booked time are refused. Approved refunds are issued within 3 working days.

EVENTS

Event places are subject to availability and any capacity limit shown. Paid event tickets are non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend, but may be transferred to another person. Free event places may be given up at any time before the event using the cancellation link provided. If we cancel or reschedule an event, paid tickets for the affected event are eligible for a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.

VOUCHERS

Evil Eye gift vouchers do not expire. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A voucher may be used over more than one transaction and any unused balance remains available for later use. If a voucher or voucher code is lost or stolen, contact us at info@evileyelounge.com so that we can verify it and arrange a replacement where appropriate. There are no additional restrictions on what a valid voucher may be used for, subject to availability and the normal conditions applying to the relevant purchase.

PAYMENTS

Online card payments are processed securely by Dojo. We do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment and contact information you provide is accurate.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY US

We may need to change or cancel a booking or event because of circumstances outside our reasonable control or operational requirements. Where we cancel or reschedule a paid event, the refund provisions in our Refund Policy apply. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer transaction.

LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom where applicable.
