REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases and bookings made with Evil Eye, operated by Forever Changes Ltd, company number 03087535, 42 Stonegate, York, YO1 8AS.

TABLE BOOKING DEPOSITS

Table bookings require a deposit. You may cancel using the cancellation link in your booking email no later than 4 hours before the booking time. Where a booking is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, any refundable deposit will be returned to the original payment method. If you do not attend your booking, the deposit is not refundable.

PAID EVENTS

If you cancel a paid event booking or do not attend, the ticket price is not refundable. You may transfer your ticket or booking to another person.

If Evil Eye cancels an event, you will receive a full refund. If Evil Eye reschedules an event, you are entitled to a full refund if you do not wish to attend on the new date.

FREE EVENTS

There is no payment to refund for a free event. If you can no longer attend, you may give up your space at any time before the event using the cancellation link provided so that the place can be made available to somebody else.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers do not expire. They may be used over more than one transaction and any unused balance remains available for later use. This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to process an approved refund within 48 hours. After we process it, your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the money in your account.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under applicable consumer law. In particular, statutory cancellation rights do not apply in the same way to all purchases; services related to leisure activities supplied for a specific date or period are subject to specific rules.
